All rentals will require a $250.00 refundable security deposit due at least 3 days prior to the event date. This deposit must be paid in cash only and will be returned to you after an exit walkthrough is completed and all terms of the contract are met completely.

To secure your date, a signed contract and nonrefundable retainer (half of your invoice) is required. Your balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If your event is within 30 days of signing your contract, your entire invoiced balance is due with contract submission.
